Here it is! I've had so much response to what I have been doing to lose weight and get fit, I thought I would expand my audience a bit.
This page is going to be as real and legit as it can be. Basically, my journey, others journey, fitness ideas, recommendations and the list goes on and on.
I just want to help people. At 225 lbs in January, I didn't know what to do. But today I do and want to tell people that if I can do it, you can too!
