Here is a great recipe if you need a sweet snack or a great pre-workout energy boost.
I found this on Pinterest and Tweeked it a little. They are so filling and high calorie due to the peanut butter, so I would limit myself to 1 if you need a snack or 2 if you are about to workout.

1 Cup Dry Oatmeal
2/3 Cup Coconut Flakes (Sweetened or Unsweetened)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Wheat Germ
1/3 Truvia (Or other sweetener)
1/3 Cup Honey
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls about 1/2"-2/3" in diameter.
Serving: 1 Ball
Calorie: 120 Fat: 7 Grams Sodium: 39 MG Carbs: 17 Grams Sugar: 7 Grams Protein: 4 Grams
