1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet or Bittersweet Chocolate Chips, Melted (See Tip)
1/2 Cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
12 Nabisco Chocolate Wafers (Or Homemade Wafers if your Adventurous)
1 Tbsp. 100% Fruit Jam, Such as Strawberry (Optional)
Combine melted chocolate and ricotta cheese in a small bowl. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the mixture on each chocolate wafer. Top with 1/4 Tsp. Fruit Jam.

Tip: To melt chocolate, microwave on Medium for 1 minute. Stir; then continue microwaving on Medium stirring every 20 second until melted.
I made this tonight for dessert and it is seriously delicious!!!
