Pecan Crusted Tilapia


1 oz. Pecan Pieces, Finely Chopped
4 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Skim Milk
1 Large Egg
2 Tbsp. Melt Butter
2-4 Frozen Tilapia Filet's


Combine pecans, with breadcrumbs.
Place flour in a second bowl.
Combine egg and milk in a third bowl.
Preheat large pan on medium heat.
Sprinkle both sides of fish with sea salt.
Dip both sides of the filet in flour then, dip into the egg mixture.
Lastly, dip into pecan mixture.
Melt butter in pan; swirl to to coat pan.
Add fish; cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
