Steak Roulades with Spinach & Feta

This is a great dinner recipe!


1 Lb. Flank Steak
(Salt and Pepper to taste)
1 Tbsp. Pesto
2 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomato, Chopped
1 Cup Spinach, Stems Removed
2 Tbsp. Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil


Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. PLace steak on cutting board and pound to 1/3" thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine pesto, tomatoes, spinach, feta and olive oil. Spread mixture evenly over steak. Roll into firm roll. Tie string every 1" on roll. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
