Where to start... Hmmm, well at the end of October, I ran in my first Half Marathon!!! Can I just say, that I think my body was created for long distance running. I LOVE it! Give me a 5K, eh whatever. But give me something longer and I get as excited as a kid going to Disneyland!

It's crazy to think about the last 11 months and how my life has changed. Praise God! I could have never imagined that I would have lost 90 Lbs. and picked up the love of running. God is good to me.
As most of you know, from my first blog, I began working with a nutritionist on January 7th, 2012. Since then, I have lost my weight. I use this blog to motivate people to live healthy, active lifestyles. I truly believe anyone can do it without diets or pills. I also believe that it is the only successful way to lose weight and keep it off. You have to learn what it means to eat balanced.
