So now, I am ready to welcome 2013! So excited for this year and the things to come!!!! Running my first marathon, Running my first Half Marathon at Walt Disney World, Mine and Brian's 5th Wedding Anniversary, (maybe expanding my family) but you didn't hear that from me :).
But I made an anniversary! January 7th, 2013 marked my year of losing weight. Since January 7, 2012 I have lost a total of 92 lbs, dropped 16 Sizes, my Body Fat dropped a total of 17%!!!!
People continually ask me for fitness tips and exercise advice to get their weight off. And while I believe exercise and activity is a must for overall health, it's not what got my weight off.
Nutrition is what changed my life. Learning to eat clean, balanced food. Educating myself to read labels and know what to look for and what not to look for in foods. I've said in previous posts, the differences between healthy eating and dieting. I don't diet. I don't eat super clean, but I am super conscious of what I eat. And I do eat clean 90% of the time. But I splurge from time to time.
I offer Health Coaching , which is so much more than me telling you what to eat and monitoring your weight. I am currently putting together plans to offer that will give daily meal plans, an exercise plan, tips and ideas to effectively give you a plan of attack to get healthy, lose weight and regain control of your life!
