You and I meet for your initial meeting. It usually is a 60 minute session and we begin by evaluating your current diet and workout out plan, if you have one.
Here is what is included:
- Evaluation of Healthy Goals and What You are Trying to Achieve
- Measurements and Weigh In Conducted
- Food Journal to Log Meals
- Print Outs of Eating Plan, Shopping Guide and Other Resources
- Lesson on Making Healthy Changes
- Weekly Dinner Menu (Emailed to You Every Monday)
Each week following, you and I meet to discuss your food journal, weigh you in (measurements are conducted ever 4 weeks) and evaluate your progress, struggles and how to continue on your path to a healthy lifestyle.
I offer month to month rates as well as Monthly Discounted Package Rates.
Group rates are also available, so if you have friends who you would like to do this with, let me know.
